Practice Area:

Mr. Zhou's practice focuses mainly on prosecution, litigation, enforcement, and licensing of patent, trademark and other intellectual property related matters. He has successfully represented many major corporations, especially foreign and domestic chemical companies and pharmaceutical companies, in patent prosecution and litigation.

When he worked in New York Office of the firm, he provided extensive and intensive consultation on the Chinese intellectual property laws to US companies and law firms. He acquired knowledge of US intellectual property laws and practice.

In addition to be a practitioner, Mr. Zhou dedicated a lot of his time and energy to the operation of the firm. As Assistant President, his responsibility, among others, is to coordinate trademark related business of the firm.
