Eurasian patent attorney In 1981 graduated (cum laude) from Moscow State Aviation University
as a mechanical engineer, then - from Central Institute of Intellectual Property (Moscow).
From 1981 till 1998 worked in the major IP firm in Moscow.
In 1998 joined "Gorodissky & Partners" as a Managing Partner.
Had a training course in IP firm in Bordeaux (France) in 1990. Studied law in the field of
intellectual property in Sorbonne University (France) in 1990 and at Franklin Pierce Law
Center (USA) in 1992.
Has an extensive worldwide practice and experience in patent matters in the field of
mechanics and electrical engineering, trademark proceedings and also counsels clients on
issues related to infringement of industrial property owners' rights, technology transfer
and licensing.
He frequently delivers speeches at international conferences and seminars, has a number of
publications, is an invited lecturer at State University - Higher School of Economics
(Moscow).
Member of FICPI, LESI, AIPPI, INTA, Russian Patent Attorneys Association and
Vice-President of LES Russia. |
