She has worked as an arbitrator and is experienced in nullity and infringement suit and has participated in
several law suits among others regarding best seller such as losec (Astra), factor VIII (Pharmacia) and human
growth hormone (Pharmacia)
She has also written commentaries on proposed parliamentary bills relating to industrial property law on behalf
of the Swedish Society of Patent Attorneys.
She has served on the Committee of Ethics of the Swedish Society of Patent Attorneys and is the Chairman of the
FICPI CET Group 5 on Biotechnology.
