 The workshop will cover patenting of human embryonic stem cells, the recent
practice in Europe and USA and the view of the European Group on Ethics.
Reach through claims, the common view of the US, EP and JP patent offices
and some recent case law will be discussed. It will also touch upon protein
3-dimensional structure related claims.
